Panorama Road Trip

Panorama Resort, BC -- The snow at home is questionable at the moment, so in between trips we decided to do a little resort riding for the SBC Resort Guide next year.  I sweet talked Jody Wachniak, Mark Sollors and Andrew Skelhorn into performing stunts for the camera, and off we went. Its a solid 10-hour drive from Whistler to Panorama, so here's Jody taking care of Roger.

Our first day was cloudy so we explored some bike trails on the lower mountain.  Andrew Skelhorn truckdriver over the bridge.

All resorts seem to have some kind of building for kids with slides and such.  Finally Mark Sollors figured out how to snowboard on one.

The next day was mostly sunny so we went up to the summit and explored the huge terrain and enjoyed some, ahem, Panoramic views.

It was really cold and the crystals of snow were hanging in the air and it looked like the alien movie, Fire in the Sky.

There are a couple of warming huts on the mountain, shaped like teepees!

The park is really fun here.

Ahhh, relaxing after some difficult riding.
