GNU’s Danny Kass pro model was popular among our testers and is a guaranteed good time. Solid, loose, fairly light, nimble and easy to ride right from the start, the DK is an all-in-one package that will keep you having fun on the mountain.
The DK rocks a combination of both rocker (inside) and camber (outside) to keep things floaty and classically poppy. Using their patentend Magne-traction edge tech, you’ll find no better board to hold your aggressive turns. A note should be made of the board’s variable edge-to-edge response that can be a little tough at times, and getting into your turns may take a little more effort.
But if you’re on the search for a board that’s really fun on snow and in the air, which is after all what we all want, the GNU Danny Kass is a solid investment.
WHAT THE SBC TESTERS ARE SAYING:
Great edge hold, great pop, nimble and agile, stable.
“A super fun and loose board. Fun in the air!”
“It was awesome. Nimble yet stable, easy to ride right from the get-go”
Turn initiation a bit slow, edge-to-edge could be quicker.
“Just a little squirelly and slow edge-to-edge.”
